In this incredible episode, Tonya shares her story on how she bought 47 houses and did over $500K on just one package deal.

She has always had an interest in fixing and flipping homes. She picked up the board game by Robert Kiyosaki called cash flow. After that night playing that board game, a lightbulb went off. That year for her birthday she bought her first duplex.

She then decided to move into the duplex and rent out the other side. She then quit her job and started getting serious about real estate investing. Her goal was to become a full time investing. She wanted to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for people that need it.

She talks about her challenges with her first properties, and the 5 months dry spell until her next deal came in. She then took on education and mentorship with investing, and her business started to prosper. She then began to start to see some great progress and getting better understanding of where to go and what to do to get back on track. After she found the right mentorship and funding she was able to go out and find new deals.

Tonya is a fellow Three Doors Partner and has started and grown a very successful real estate investor portfolio. She began her career with over 20 years in social working. They then got into real estate investor, and quickly built a name for herself.
